Celebrating the life of
Roger Alan Halstead
July 21, 1960 - May 18, 2008
Roger Alan Halstead, 47, passed into eternal life on May 18, 2008 under the care of Hospice Savannah.
Mr. Halstead attended Charles Herty, Myers Middle School and Bradwell Institute before joining the United States Navy where he served for four years. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Halstead is survived by his mother, Erlene Stokes Halstead of Midway; sister, Gail Halstead Case of Savannah; brother, John Lamar Halstead of Quan Dong Provence, China; nieces, Laura Case Wiley and Dr. Carla Case McCorvey; great niece, Amelia McCorvey and great nephews, Cameron Wiley, Grant Wiley and Carson McCorvey.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Memorial Service: 11:00 AM Thursday at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
In lieu of flowers the family strongly encourages any memorials to be donated to Hospice Savannah for their wonderful service at P.O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416.
